FarOutThings.com wants your shopping experience with us to be enjoyable and exciting! We take extra precautions when we package your item such as extra padding, and we use boxes instead of shipping envelopes (when applicable).
All items are shipped First Class or Priority Mail depending on the item, and all items are shipped with Delivery Confirmation.
International orders have extra shipping and handling charges, so we ask our International customers to contact us prior to purchasing items from us. For more expensive items it is strongly suggested that you insure your item(s) and we are more than happy to coordinate this for you. Insurance is an extra charge so please contact us directly to insure your purchase.
If for any reason your item is damaged in shipment to you please contact us within (2) days, and we will coordinate with the shipper for you to file an insurance claim. This is another reason we STRONGLY suggest you insure your shippments, and why we take extra precautions to package your items. FarOutThings.com can not be held liable for damage to items in shippment, as this is beyond our control.
FarOutThings.com offers an unconditional "7 day" inspection period after your package has arrived. If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase (other than shipping damage), please contact us within the first week for a "Return Authorization Number (RMA)" and we will gladly accept your return. Please note that we will refund your purchase price, minus any shipping, handling, and insurance charges within 1 week of receiving it in our warehouse. All items returned must be in original packaging and must not be damaged. We also suggest you insure your shipment back to us!
